Greek Jews get sudden boost in neo-Nazi fight | The Times of Israel: THESSALONIKI, Greece (JTA) — Antonis Samaras stood in the pale morning light coming through the stained glass windows of the only Thessaloniki synagogue to survive World War II and vowed, “Never again.”

For Greek Jews marking the 70th anniversary of the destruction of this city’s historic Jewish community, the Greek prime minister’s words were long awaited. So was his presence — the first time a sitting Greek premier had set foot in a synagogue in 101 years.

How to Crack a Wi-Fi Network's WPA Password with Reaver

How to Crack a Wi-Fi Network's WPA Password with Reaver: I have the open-source router firmware DD-WRT installed on my router and I was unable to use Reaver to crack its password. As it turns out, DD-WRT does not support WPS, so there's yet another reason to love the free router-booster. If that's got you interested in DD-WRT, check their supported devices list to see if your router's supported. It's a good security upgrade, and DD-WRT can also do cool things like monitor your internet usage, set up a network hard drive, act as a whole-house ad blocker, boost the range of your Wi-Fi network, and more. It essentially turns your $60 router into a $600 router.

How to surf safely: From LastPass to tin foil hats, and everything in between | ExtremeTech: It’s a dangerous world on the web, and it’s getting more treacherous by the day. This past month alone has seen the likes of LinkedIn, Last.fm, and eHarmony all succumb to major security breaches in which millions of hashed user passwords were posted to a Russian website for anyone to try and crack. That’s not such a big deal if you’re using a different password for your banking institution than your LinkedIn profile (you are, right?) — not unless you’re worried some jackhole is going to muck with your online resume, or alter your eHarmony profile to say you only like long, nude walks on the beach, and even then, there’s a chance it could work out for the better.
